REFUND POLICY

Returns –  Our refund policy is 30 days. If you receive a candle jar, or any item from JY Candles that was damaged during shipping (ex. cracked glass) then it is eligible for replacement providing pictures are sent to us within 72 hours of item arriving.

Refunds – To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
